A yoga teacher is one who finds this balance within himself, through the way of mindful practice

Finalizes it as a style so he/she can share this with students in the most effective way

YIN yoga

Yin Yoga – the quiet practice – draws our focus inwards, to connect to the true essence of ourselves.

We learn to accumulate the subtle energy flow (chi flow) and to feel the enhanced energy flow in meridians.  The stillness of the long held yin poses enables us to manipulate the flow of energy creating a deep level of calmness, focus and equanimity. 

MEDITATION

the eternal now

Sharing the silent moment together.

This experience is beyond words and cannot be described,

for the spiritual can only be “felt” rather than “pointed out.”
