Adapting to Your Level 

One of the core principles of YogiKryst is adapting our lessons to suit your level. Here’s how we do it:

Beginner Classes: For those new to yoga, our beginner classes focus on foundational poses, breathwork, and building confidence. You’ll learn the basics in a supportive environment, setting the stage for a lifelong practice.

Intermediate Classes: If you have some experience with yoga, our intermediate classes help you deepen your practice. We’ll introduce more challenging poses and sequences, and refine your technique in deeper level (Flow, Qi, Body & Mind Connection…)

Mind-Body Connection

Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years and is often associated with neutralizing and balancing the spirit.

Yoga in Sanskit stand for Union, the union of Yin & Yang, of male & female and of mind & body.

Yoga fosters a strong connection between the mind and body. Through mindful movement and breathwork, you become more aware of your physical and mental states, leading to greater harmony, first sight is an ease of moving on daily basis.
