Unique Designed by Kryst:

Phase 1: Assessment and Breathing Techniques

Always begin by assessing and observing the students’ breathing patterns.  In this phase, Kryst guides students through personal’s need of breathing techniques, such as:

Breath of Fire: Increases vitality and focused energy, energetic.

Ocean Breath: Soothes and relaxes the nervous system.

Balancing Breath: Balances yin and yang energies,

Phase 2: Integrating Breath and Movement

This phase focuses on finding harmony between breathing and yoga poses. The connection between breath and movement should be natural, effortless, and eventually become a habit.

These skills can be applied to daily life, leading to improvements in breath control, relaxation, and stress management.

Phase 3: Welcoming The Pressure

Increases the intensity of the practice, more challenging poses.

These poses are meant to simulate the pressures of life and work.

The connection between what happens on the mat and off the mat becomes apparent.

Final Phase: “Middle Point”

—a balance between effort and relaxation.

This is the meditative state where great masters, artists, and craftsmen enter the flow state.

In this state, effort is no longer necessary, and everything unfolds naturally, as if by itself.

Both in yoga and in life.
