Kryst, practices and draws inspiration from Anusara and Yin Yoga styles. His yoga journey began with many physical limitations and injuries.
Initially seen as a constraint in his yoga practice, Kryst gradually found the body’s language through breath and movement. This flow started guiding his practice, making him clearer not only in physical training but also in observational practice.
The body’s limitations and mental distractions became practical tools for him to guide his students. His teaching style helps practitioners find a balance between effort and relaxation, Yang and Yin.

I’ve lost and rediscovered my purpose
The term “Comfortable Limit” seem contradictory, as limits imply stepping out of our comfort zone but comfort is essential to avoid extremes and prevent injuries.
In yoga, there’s a balance between Effort and Relaxation. This balance, which I call the “Comfortable Limit,” is what we strive for in the practice.
Applying the Yin-Yang philosophy, I’ve witnessed significant benefits for practitioners. Their physical improvements are matched by mental comfort, creating a self-sustaining cycle
Body & Mind Connection
What I learned most from my yoga path is the profound connection between body and mind.
Yoga training methods that enhanced my awareness, drawing me to Taoist philosophy and Qi Gong, to harness inner energy.
Ancient training forms like Yoga, Dance, Martial Arts, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi all share a common thread: training with mindfulness, like true artists (Flow State)
In our yoga classes, you’ll learn to “listen” to your body more subtly over time.
- The first stage is awareness of breath
- Second, is the synchronization of breath and movement
- Third, stay under pressure with mindful observation
- Lastly, the creativity and freedom flow in Yoga
